DIY Floral Wreath Under $6

Hello everybody!

Back with another DIY wreath! It was time to take off the Christmas one I had, so here is a floral and colorful one perfect for this time of the year! The best part of it (apart from making it) is that you can get all the material for less than $6!

Sono tornata alla riscossa con un’altra ghirlanda! Era ora che togliessi quella natalizia quindi eccone una floreale e colorata, perfetta per questo periodo dell’anno! La parta migliore (a parte creare la ghirlanda) è che il totale della spesa è stato meno di $6!

So here is what I got:
Ecco cosa ho preso:

Grapevine wreath (Dollar Tree)
Fake flowers and leaves (Dollar Tree and Ollie’s)

All of this for less than $6. Whaaaat!?

So all I did, just like for every other wreath I made, I cut the flowers and glue them one at a time. I start with one type, cut it, glue it and onto the next one. I find it easier this way rather than cutting everything at the same time and glue it all together. I go by layers so it’s more organised and balanced…almost symmetrical.

Come per tutte le altre ghirlande che ho fatto, ho tagliato i fiori uno alla volta e li ho incollati sulla ghirlanda. Inizio sempre con un tipo di fiore e poi passo al successivo. Trovo che sia un metodo semplice e chiaro, molto meglio che tagliare il mazzo insieme ed incollare tutto allo stesso momento. Procedo a strati così risulta più organizzato e bilanciato…quasi simmetrico!

I started with the green leaves: I cut them and glued them on the grapevine wreath.
Ho cominciato con le foglie verdi: le ho tagliate ed incollate sulla ghirlanda.

Then I cut the pink flowers and glued those too.
Poi ho tagliato questi fiori rosa e li ho incollati.

Next I added some white flowers.
Poi ho aggiunto dei fiori bianchi.

And finally a few yellow flowers, to give it some colour!
E infine dei fiori gialli per dare un po’ di colore!
