String Art: Heart ❤️

Hello everybody!

Today’s DIY is a project that I made a while ago, I think it’s really easy to make and once it’s done it will turn amazingly beautiful.

I have always loved string art, so much that I even made a board on Pinterest where I saved all kinds of string art ideas. So of course I wanted to give it a try, and it turned out surprisingly good at the first try!

Il lavoretto di oggi è un progetto che ho fatto un po’ di tempo fa, è molto semplice da creare e una volta finito vi assicuro che sarà stupendo.
Mi sono sempre piaciute queste creazioni, così tanto che ho perfino creato una bacheca su Pinterest dove ho salvato un sacco di idee. Quindi ho dovuto per forza sperimentare, e devo dire che essendo la prima volta sono rimasta molto soddisfatta dal risultato!

The pattern I chose is a heart. I went and grabbed a wood slice from Hobby Lobby (yup, I am in the US now!!! Crafts heaven 😍) and a red yarn with different shades.
Ho scelto come forma un cuore. Sono andata da Hobby Lobby (il paradiso del fai da te 😍 Oh sì, sono negli Stati Uniti adesso!!!) per prendere un cerchio di legno e del filo rosso con diverse sfumature.

So as you can see it’s really really easy to make. The only “difficult” part is figuring out the pattern to wrap the yarn. What I suggest you is to try and fill every empty space by trying trying and trying again. Alternate from left to right and you will notice if something needs to be fixed.
Come potete vedere è molto molto semplice da fare. L’unica parte un po’ difficoltosa è manovrare il filo e creare un disegno abbastanza equo. Vi consiglio di cercare di riempire tutti i buchi e di riprovare ancora e ancora. Passate da destra a sinistra e viceversa e noterete subito se c’è qualcosa da sistemare.
