DIY Origami Boxes โœ‚๏ธ๐Ÿฌ

This is a DIY I learned many years ago,ย in middle school. You can make it with any kind of paper, I used scrapbook paper. (Just don’t use thick paper because it’s going to be hard to fold it).

I thought it was going to be funย to give these boxes full of candy to the kids onย Halloween so here is the tutorial โ˜บ๏ธ

What you need:

  • scissors
  • scrapbook paper

Occorrente

  • forbici
  • carta con fantasie

1. Take one of the paper, fold it to make it a square and cut the excess.
รน

RECYCLING TIP: you can use the excess as bookmarks! Here are mine:
CONSIGLIO RICICLO: puoi usare il pezzo in piรน come segnalibro! Ecco i miei:

2. Fold the paper this way, with the coloured part facing up.

  • โญ๏ธtouchesโญ๏ธ
  • and โค๏ธtouchesโค๏ธ
  • now B and C both touch A
  • so โ˜€๏ธtouchesโ˜€๏ธ
  • and ๐ŸŒ€touches๐ŸŒ€
  • and at the end you will have D on top of AB&C
  • โญ๏ธtoccaโญ๏ธ
  • eย โค๏ธtoccaโค๏ธ
  • adesso B e C toccano A
  • quindiย โ˜€๏ธtoccaโ˜€๏ธ
  • eย ๐ŸŒ€tocca๐ŸŒ€
  • alla fine avrai D sopra AB&C

I know it’s a bit confusing but trust me, it’s easier to do it than to explain it ๐Ÿ˜… Here is what you should get:
La parte aperta dev’essere sopra. รจ piรน facile da fare che spiegare ๐Ÿ˜… Dovrebbe venirti fuori questo:

3. After that fold the right cornerย to the middle line like in the 3rd picture. Then put a finger in it (4th pic), open it and fold it on the middle line (5th pic). Do the same thing with the left corner (6th pic). Turn the paper and do the same thing on the back.

4. Now turnย the paper (1st pic) so that front and back are white (2nd pic) fold on the lines like in the 3rd picture. Do the same thing with the left corner (4th pic), turn it and do it on the back as well. The last picture is what you should get at the end.
Dovrebbe venirti fuori simile all’ultima immagine.ย

5. Fold down the red piece (1st-2nd pic), turn and do it on the back as well. Open on the sides like we did before (3rd pic) and fold down the last two pieces as well. The last picture is what you should get.
ย Dovrebbe assomigliare all’ultima immagine.

6. At this time what you have is a flat box. So go ahead, put your fingers in it and carefully open it so that all the corners are regular and you should get an origami box!
